Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. The role involves operating MRI equipment, positioning patients, and ensuring imaging quality for diagnostic purposes on a 13-week contract with 12-hour day shifts.

The ideal candidate has an approved radiologic technology program, ARRT registry, and state radiology licensure, with 18 months of MRI experience preferred, especially in critical care settings.

Qualifications

• Two year approved School of Radiologic Technology required.
• State radiology registration required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment following safety protocols.
• Position patients and coils for scans and ensure comfort.
• Inject contrast media as required and adjust technical parameters.
• Observe image data on monitors and ensure image quality for diagnosis.
• Recognize abnormal images and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
