Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The role requires 1 year of MRI experience, BLS, and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with state licensing where required.

You will perform MRI procedures, ensure safety, and support radiologists while maintaining patient records and imaging quality. The position features 40 hours weekly with evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of MRI experience.
• BLS and MR/ARMRIT certification with registration.
• State licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Screen for MRI safety and interpret doctors' instructions.
• Position patients, operate MRI and contrast injectors per protocol.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure image quality for interpretation.
• Support radiologist during procedures and manage PACS workflow.
