Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Olympia Fields, Illinois. The role requires ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT certification and BLS, with 40 hours per week and day shifts, including weekends on rotation.

The MRI Technologist will perform high-quality imaging, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with radiology teams. Shifts are mainly daytime with on-call duties possible; compensation is based on shifts with a tax-free stipend as noted in the job

Qualifications

• Current ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT certification required.
• BLS certification mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, including weekends on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans and ensure high-quality imaging results.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing concerns.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately.
