Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a JRCERT/JCERT-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• New York State License in Diagnostic Radiology / L.R.T. is required.
• ARRT certification and ARRT MRI registry are required.
• BCLS certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Operate and prepare MRI equipment and perform magnetic imaging procedures according to established protocols.
• Position patients and coils to obtain optimal diagnostic studies.
• Educate patients about MRI procedures and safety requirements.
• Review patient safety questionnaire before MRI and ensure proper labeling of images.
• Transmit images to PACS and maintain IDX records.
