Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract in Charleston, West Virginia. The position offers 40 hours per week, 12-hour days, and a 13-week assignment with travel-related benefits.

Qualified candidates will have a two-year Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registry, state licensure as required, and MRI experience. This travel role provides competitive pay and full credentialing support from MedPro.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and ensure image quality.
• Ensure the safety of patients and staff around the MRI.
• Position patients and coils for scanning.
• Inject contrast media as required.
• Set technical parameters and monitor image data.
• Recognize abnormal images and life-threatening situations.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
