Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract in Wilson, North Carolina. The position requires ARRT/ARMRIT/CAMRT registration and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, plus 2 years of MRI experience.

You will perform MRI examinations, ensure patient safety and comfort, operate and maintain MRI equipment, review images for clarity and diagnostic quality, and keep patient records in HIPAA-compliant order.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT registration.
• Phillips MRI Systems experience.
• Current state license (if applicable).
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years of MRI experience in a hospital or imaging center.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during scans.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting technical issues.
• Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration.
