Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Findlay, Ohio. This role offers 40 hours per week, evenings shifts, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated clinical team while delivering high-quality imaging.

You will perform MRI procedures, ensure patient safety, start IVs, and communicate with radiologists. Requires MRI training, radiology licensure, and BLS certification; ARRT or ARMRIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have radiology program with MRI specialization.
• 1 year of MRI experience as an MRI Tech.
• Valid Radiology/MRI license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications prior to procedures.
• Educate patients on MRI procedures and answer questions.
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment for proper function.
• Start IVs and administer contrast as ordered, monitor for reactions.
• Monitor image quality and adjust scanning parameters for optimal results.
• Document procedure details in accordance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following infection control rules.
• Follow hospital safety and radiation safety protocols.
