Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel MRI Technologist for an acute care hospital assignment in College Station, TX. The position requires 2+ years of MRI experience and proficiency with Philips or Siemens equipment for a 1.5T MRI department.

You will work a 40-hour week, dayshift, with on-call rotations. The assignment spans 12 weeks with potential campus relocation between nearby facilities. ARRT MR and BLS certifications are required, along with Texas licensure and active state licensure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MRI experience
• ARRT MR certification required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Texas Medical Board license required
• Active state license required
• Experience with Philips and/or Siemens MRI equipment
• Experience with 1.5T MRI equipment required
• Ability to perform IV starts and creatinine draws
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references (supervisor within 12 months, peer or supervisor within 3 years) including dates of employment

Responsibilities

• Performs MSK, neuro, and body MRI scans for inpatient and outpatient populations
• Radiologist is on-site at hospital locations
• Non-supervisory MRI Tech position; may precept staff as needed
• May float between campus locations as needed
