Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Duluth, GA. The role requires 1 year of MRI experience, ARRT MR certification (or ARMRIT), BLS, and state licensing as needed.

You’ll perform MRI procedures, ensure patient safety, and support physicians with imaging interpretations. The position offers a travel assignment with 40 hours per week, night shifts, and a tax-free stipend.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience as MRI Technologist.
• BLS, ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification with MR registration; state-specific licensing as required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform imaging procedures with safety.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identity and explain imaging procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Position patients and prepare for imaging.
• Assist radiologist during procedures.
• Load/operate contrast media injections as directed.
• Evaluate image quality and label appropriately.
• Maintain patient records and use PACS system.
