Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Everett, WA. The MRI Tech will perform imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and coordinate with physicians. Must have 1 year of experience and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with applicable state licensing.

The role requires evenings 10-hour shifts, with travel employment and a tax-free stipend may apply. TotalMed Allied offers benefits and weekly pay for travel personnel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required.
• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification and registration.
• BLS certification and state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures.
• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and prepare patients.
• Position patients for MRI scans with immobilization and PPE.
• Assist radiologist during procedures.
• Load and operate power injectors for contrast.
• Evaluate MRI image quality and label images.
• Maintain patient records and use PACS system.
