Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Rochester, MN. The role involves operating MRI scanners, imaging patients, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality diagnostic results.

Qualifications

• Must complete Radiology program with MRI specialization.
• At least 1 year experience as MRI Tech.
• Valid Radiology/MRI license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: ARRT or equivalent certification; ARMRIT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedures.
• Educate patients about MRI procedures and answer questions.
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment.
• Administer contrast media per orders and monitor for reactions.
• Monitor image quality and adjust scanning parameters.
• Document imaging details per hospital policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely results.
• Maintain clean, organized workflow and adhere to infection control.
