American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join a High Risk Pregnancy Clinic in Spokane. You will use OB/GYN ultrasound expertise and ARDMS OB/GYN and NT certifications to perform complex fetal imaging and contribute to patient care.

Responsibilities include 7–9 detailed ultrasounds daily across multiple rooms, reporting to MFM physicians, and assisting with procedures. Shifts are 5x8 hours (7:30 AM–5:00 PM) with no weekends or nights; travelers may float between

Qualificações

2+ years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience.
BLS certification required.
ARDMS OB/GYN and NT certifications required.
License required if applicable; compact state license in hand at submission.
OB/GYN and outpatient experience required.
Epic charting experience required.
Proficiency in fetal survey, NT, amniotic fluid index.
1st–3rd trimester imaging and multiple pregnancy assessments.
Transvaginal, vaginal, renal/pelvis, ovarian, and uterine ultrasound.

Responsabilidades

High Risk Pregnancy Clinic across 6 ultrasound rooms at one facility and 2 rooms at a second hospital.
Perform 7–9 detailed ultrasounds daily and report findings to 3 MFM physicians.
High-risk obstetric fetal imaging and detailed anatomy scans.
1:1 patient ratio in ultrasound exams.
Assist with amniocentesis, CVS, PUBS procedures.
Uses GE ultrasound equipment and PACS system; Epic EMR experience required.
5x8 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.
No weekends, no nights, no major holidays, no on-call.
May float within scope to meet facility needs.
Travelers may float between sister facilities.
Accepts candidates within 50-mile local radius; lower bill rate may apply.
Former permanent staff may return after a 3-month waiting period.
Commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays; two supervisory references required.
