Travel Merchandising Team Lead Nights

SPAR is growing our retail merchandising and installation team and hiring a Team Lead! As a Full-Time Team Lead, you will be responsible for project management and coordination of fixture installation and all merchandising aspects. Team Leads are self-sufficient, highly motivated, familiar with tools, and driven to produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will provide on-site direction to the crew and serve as the liaison between the client, crew, and SPAR management.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects and coordinate fixture installation and merchandising tasks
• Perform overnight remodeling of big box retail stores
• Direct the crew and communicate between client, crew, and management
• Follow instructions from SPAR and/or client management and delegate tasks
• Engage in physical activity, lift/push up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow planograms, floorplans, measurements, and graphic guidelines
• Willingness to work overnight shifts
• Minimum of 3 years retail merchandising experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
• Personal cell phone and valid email required
• Ability to lift/carry at least 50 lbs
• Professional appearance and demeanor
