Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Ser Lead in Hot Springs, AR. The role leads a team in reset and remodel projects, ensuring proper item placement and adherence to plan‑o‑grams while coordinating with store personnel for scheduling and communication.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory and customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with business partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some experience may substitute for education.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience with authority to direct and oversee daily work activities.
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Prior sales agent, retail and reset responsibility experience preferred.
• Proficient with smartphones, computer, copier/fax and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead reset and remodel work and coordinate with store personnel for scheduling and communication.
• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete merchandising tasks.
• Partner with store personnel and coworkers to achieve merchandising excellence and build relationships.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to reset/remodel work.
• Work safely, follow company policies, and report unsafe conditions.
