Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products across stores, ensuring client displays meet guidelines. You will travel to multiple locations within a region and use your own smartphone to access assignments and communicate with the team.

You’ll work with store teams, support peak periods, and provide friendly, professional service while representing the company. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
