Job summary

McClatchy Media Company in Madisonville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service product at multiple stores. This on-site role requires travel up to 100% of the time and reports to the Supervisor of Merchandising.

You will work a designated weekday schedule, replenish shelves, follow planograms, record hours with company apps, and maintain professional conduct. Prior merchandising is preferred but not required, and travel time is paid.

Qualifications

• General merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a retail setting.
• Professional conduct and adherence to attendance policies are required.
• Reliable transportation for travel between accounts is necessary.
• Proficiency with Movista and common office apps (Word, email, web).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products in stores following corporate standards.
• Safely replenish stock and assemble displays as needed.
• Service stores on the scheduled weekdays; obtain approval for overtime.
• Accurately record work hours using designated applications.
• Communicate duties and changes with the Supervisor as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
