Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Merchandiser Travel Retail Service in Murfreesboro, TN to represent Acosta and its clients by performing reset and remodel work, reading planograms, implementing new item placement, and maintaining planogram integrity.

The role requires a self-starter attitude, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to travel up to 75–100% with overnight stays. Candidates must be at least 21 and able to work in cold store environments.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience reading and using planograms; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships with store partners.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, handheld devices).
• Travel program requires candidates to be at least 21 years old to obtain travel credentials.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow a planogram to complete reset/remodel work.
• Move/clean shelves, install racks, display merchandise and check date codes.
• Collaborate with store personnel to ensure merchandising excellence.
• Prepare, process, and manage documentation for assigned work.
• Follow safety protocols and Acosta policies; report unsafe conditions.
