Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Merchandiser to service stores in Southern Oregon, Central Oregon and the Coast. You will travel in your own vehicle to customer sites, place merchandise per planograms, and check for expired products to ensure optimal in-store presentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of merchandising and planogram experience, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Monday–Friday, mileage and cell phone reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of merchandising experience.
• 1 year of planogram experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass post offer background check & drug screening.
• Must be able to frequently lift products weighing 5–25 lbs. throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift a case of product or tote up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Providing excellent customer service
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.
• Maintain safe working environment in store aisles.
• Maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets
• Perform other duties as assigned
