Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to execute store merchandising tasks, including fixtures, plan-o-gram adherence, and pricing using scanning equipment. The role supports New Stores, Remodels, Conversions, and Inventory control projects.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to travel up to 80% of the year, with potential for weekend/evening work as needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Retail experience in home improvement/hardware and building materials is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willing to travel out of town 75–80% of workdays during the year.
• Must be able to work any day of the week.

Responsibilities

• Set fixtures to floor layout and design specifications.
• Merchandising product both free hand and to plan-o-gram specifications.
• Utilization of scanning equipment to price, count or locate merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or senior management.
