Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and maintain product layouts across assigned retail locations in the Tucson area. You will travel to multiple stores, work with store teams, and use our mobile app to report results and complete projects during peak periods and urgent needs.

You should have reliable smartphone access, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Prior retail or merchandising experience is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Reliable smartphone with data plan required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display merchandise according to guidelines.
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure displays are prime.
• Complete store visits and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide friendly customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within the designated region.
