Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display products across assigned retail stores. You will work with store teams, travel within a region, and use a mobile app to report results.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising exposure (not required), own a smartphone, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay and flexible hours are offered, with benefits for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English required for customer interactions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time; report results using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
