Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Frisco, TX is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display products across multiple stores. You will travel within your region, work with store teams, and use our mobile app to complete assignments.

Candidates should have a reliable smartphone, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours and competitive pay with benefits are offered for both part-time and full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English, spoken and written, with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
