Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and maintain product layouts across multiple retail locations in the Frisco, TX area. You will collaborate with store teams, execute promotions, and use a mobile app to report results.

A valid driver’s license, smartphone access, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Flexible hours, competitive pay, and benefits are offered for both full and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work-related tasks (data plan required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a designated region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• English proficiency at a conversational level for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
