Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor in state practicing required.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapeutic services across age ranges.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer assessments and develop programming for behavioral disorders and disabilities.
