Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LPC) for travel assignments across Missouri. You will provide individual and group therapy with diverse age groups and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include employing assessment tools, developing programming, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. A valid LPC license and CPR-certification are required; travel stipends and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor in state practicing required
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapeutic services in a variety of settings across the age span, and works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Administers an assortment of assessment tools and develops programming to assist in the treatment of a variety of behavioral disorders and disabilities.
