Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Sales and Service Representative (Ambassador) to be the face of CLEAR at travel hubs. You will engage travelers, explain CLEAR benefits, and enroll new members while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll exceed daily and monthly sales targets, adapt to a range of products, and maintain safety protocols. A dynamic communicator with a customer-centric mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Open availability and flexibility – ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: Actively engage with travelers, pitch the benefits of CLEAR, and enroll new members.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create positive experiences for travelers, members, and potential customers.
• Security and Safety Adherence: Follow all security protocols and verify traveler identification as required.
• Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement.
• Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services.
