Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Rushville, IL. You will perform routine and moderately complex tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and toxicology while ensuring accuracy and quality control.

The role requires one year of MLT experience and valid licensure where applicable, with a supportive clinical team and comprehensive benefits for travelers.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
• Valid license when needed in compliance with any state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, and immunology.
• Prepare and process specimens with accurate labeling and handling.
• Ensure accuracy of test results by following quality control protocols.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate results clearly to healthcare professionals.
