Talent4Health is seeking a travel Medical Laboratory Scientist for a 26-week assignment in Newberg, Oregon. The role requires a generalist able to cover various shifts and to work with Epic.

Expect to work 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts with rotating days and nights, and on-call as needed. Prior Blood Bank experience and strong training competency are required; night shifts may be requested after training.

Are weekends required? Yes Rotating weekends only after fully trained

Special requirements: We need a generalist to cover various shifts as needed due to severe staffing shortage. Nightshift availability is requested, but only if able to work alone after training and competency. Most likely will work mid shifts, evenings and rotating weekends. Generalist must also have Blood Bank exp. EPIC hard stop requirement

Training would be 8-hour shifts x5 days a week until trained (most likely a month of training). 7 am to 330 pm each day.
