Job summary

360care seeks a travel healthcare assistant to support physicians at long-term care facilities within a 2-hour radius. You will assist audiology, optometry, podiatry and behavioral health teams, maintain EMR records, and help with equipment care.

The role requires travel up to 100% of the time, a strong commitment to patient service, and adherence to HIPAA/PHI guidelines while coordinating with staff and management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients and providers.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and charting.
• Ability to follow directions and work with HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in long-term care facilities with multiple specialties.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records during visits.
• Handle chart prep, data entry, and end-of-visit reports.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Coordinate patient flow and respond to inquiries promptly.
