Allevio Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support clinicians, prepare patients for examinations, and handle routine tasks across our Rio Rancho and Los Lunas offices.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, completion of a Medical Assistant program is preferred, and strong communication with patients and staff is essential.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers in delivering patient care, preparing patients for examinations, and performing various medical tasks. This position will travel between our Rio Rancho and Los Lunas office locations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness

Manage patient medical records and information

Provide patient education and instructions

Arrange radiology and laboratory services

Requirements & Qualifications:

Ability to travel to alternating office locations based on provider need

High School diploma or equivalent

Completion of Medical Assistant program preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of medical terminology

Proficiency in computer skills

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Bilingual preferred but not required
