Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized moderate/high complexity lab tests on blood and body fluids.
• Maintain quality control protocols and instrument performance to ensure accurate results.
• Troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment; assist in data collection for regulatory compliance.
• Perform phlebotomy duties as needed and assist in training new staff.
