TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in West Des Moines, IA. The role requires RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience. Shift is 12 hours, nights, with 36 hours per week.

Travel employment with stipend support and comprehensive benefits. Experience in Med Surg/Telemetry and the ability to monitor cardiac telemetry equipment is essential. The position includes nightly responsibilities and potential for continuation depending on facility

Qualifications

• 1 year acute care experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care in telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and patient data.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Assist with patient mobility and safety as needed.
