Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Silverdale, WA. This position offers 36 hours per week on a night shift, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in med/surg and telemetry units, monitor cardiac telemetry, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations
• BLS (AHA/ARC) certification

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document changes
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist with treatments
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment
• Document patient information in the medical record
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Prioritize care based on acuity and needs
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
