Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Corpus Christi, Texas. The assignment runs 13 weeks starting 12/22/2025, with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Pay is $1,609 per week, with benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) match, housing stipends, and travel/licensure reimbursements. TX or compact RN license and at least one year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience are required.

Qualifications

• TX or compact RN license required.
• Minimum of one year recent Med Surg or Telemetry RN experience.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required.
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months.
• US candidates only; no Canadian SSNs accepted.

Responsibilities

• Med Surg/Telemetry unit in a hospital setting.
• Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Patient population includes medical-surgical and telemetry cases.
• Care for patients on a combined Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
• Comprehensive profile including application, skills checklist, references, and license verification is required.
