The role supports short-to-long term assignments across the health system, with premium pay and flexible scheduling. Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state(s)
• 18+ months of Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience
• 2+ years for all other specialties including CCU, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health
• ACLS, TNCC and PALS certifications as required by specialty (BLS/Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations/regions as needed
• Demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Act independently within license, scope, and experience
• Delegate, decide, and own outcomes
