TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Florence, South Carolina. The assignment is 13 weeks, 48 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and BLS.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• Specialty in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry.
• RN licensed and eligible for assignment in SC.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a variety of patients, including pre- and post-op.
• Administer and document prescribed medications and report adverse reactions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Assist physician during examination and treatment and educate families.
