Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is hiring a Travel Med Surg/Tele RN for a 13-week assignment in Travelers Rest, SC. The RN will deliver comprehensive care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, assess patients, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires 1 year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS. Preferred NIHSS/ACLS certifications and licensure considerations may apply. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience required.
• RN license must comply with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per standards.
• Assess patient conditions and document changes in the medical record.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist with treatments.
• Ensure infection control practices and PPE usage.
