Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience is required.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations is required.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring understanding.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document changes, reporting concerns to the care team.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist physicians during treatments.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and monitor patient safety at all times.
• Document vital signs, medications, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
