Job summary

TotalMed RN in Lexington, KY is seeking a Telemetry - Med Surg travel RN for a 13-week assignment starting 10/05/2026. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS/ACLS, and shift-durations are 12 hours with 36 hours per week.

Immediate travel nursing opening with potential for extensions. As a Telemetry RN, you will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, SpO2 and ECG data, interpret readings, and notify the medical team of changes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Telemetry/Med-Surg nursing travel assignment in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and monitor telemetry equipment.
• Interpret data from monitors and report findings to the healthcare team.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and escalate as needed.
• Perform duties within 12-hour shifts, maintaining patient safety.
