Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel RN in Med Surg/Telemetry to Concord, NH for a 13-week assignment. 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, Travel status. Start 11/16/2026. Solo travel position with competitive pay and benefits.

The RN will deliver patient-centered care in med-surg and telemetry units, monitor cardiac data, collaborate with care teams, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting discharge planning and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications per nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist with treatments.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document vital signs, medications, and care outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers on care plans.
• Prioritize care based on acuity and patient needs.
• Support discharge planning and care transitions.
