HealthForce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med-Surg travel assignment in the Concord, NH area. The 13-week contract features 12-hour night shifts (3x12) and opportunities to float to other NH facilities as needed.

The assignment offers weekly pay between $2,044 and $2,163, with some locations providing fast credentialing and dedicated recruiter support throughout the engagement. Start date is 10/05/2026.

Qualifications

• Active NH RN license or compact state with NURSYS verification.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year Med-Surg travel experience; 2+ years Med-Surg preferred.
• EMR experience with Cerner preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide Med-Surg nursing care to adult patients with assessment and monitoring.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy and procedures per orders; document in EMR.
• Monitor patient status, respond to calls and collaborate with interdisciplinary team for safety.
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education; coordinate with case management.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, manage lines/devices, uphold infection control and safety standards.
• May float to additional NH facilities to support staffing needs.
