Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Akron, OH. This 18-week assignment requires a skilled RN ready to work 12-hour nights on a travel basis, with competitive pay and benefits.

Must have an active RN license in Ohio, BLS, and at least one year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience. This travel role offers professional growth and a dedicated clinical team support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations (Ohio).
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during treatments.
• Maintain a safe environment and monitor patient responses.
• Document patient data in the medical record and communicate with team.
