Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med Surg/Tele RN) for a travel assignment in Newburgh, IN. This position is in the Cardiac Renal Unit, providing specialized care for patients with cardiac and renal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and care for patients with cardiac and renal conditions in a fast-paced telemetry unit.
• Interpret and respond to telemetry readings, administer medications, and manage complex patient conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and recovery.
• Respond to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license (IN or compact).
• Minimum of two years of strong cardiac/telemetry experience.
• Level II Trauma experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
