Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring telemetry experience and the ability to float to any Med/Surg unit.

The role demands an active MA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, with at least two years of Med/Surg experience and familiarity with Meditech Expanse preferred. The nurse will work 12-hour day shifts in a 298-bed teaching hospital, with guaranteed 48 hours and every-other-weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license in hand at profile upload.
• Telemetry experience required.
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications in hand.
• Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred.
• Willing to float to any Med/Surg unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a busy Med/Surg unit in a teaching hospital.
• Cover 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Float to multiple Med/Surg units as assigned.
• Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation.
• Adhere to dress code and orientation requirements.
• Respect scheduling blocks and RTO policies.
