Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient status and changes promptly
• Coordinate with physicians and care team for discharge planning
• Ensure accurate documentation for continuity of care across shifts
