Job summary

ARMStaffing is hiring a Travel RN for Med Surg in Winchester, Tennessee. The assignment is 13 weeks, nights, 12-hour shifts, with an average of 36 hours per week. Active Tennessee RN license and BLS are required, plus MedSurg experience.

The role entails direct patient care in a fast-paced MedSurg setting, coordination with care teams, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Travel compensation and housing support are provided by ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MedSurg experience.
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Meditech EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and practice guidelines.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in patient education and needs assessment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
