Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Carthage, TN. This role offers 36 hours weekly, nights, and a chance to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic travel setting.

You will join a supportive clinical team, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. One year of Med Surg RN experience and current BLS are required, along with an active RN license.

Start date is 09/28/2026; NIHSS/ACLS certifications are preferred but not required at entry.

Qualifications

• One year of Med Surg RN experience
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments adhering to nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostics and assist during treatments.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for recovery.
• Document patient information in the medical record.
