Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Englewood, Colorado. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours weekly on a 12-hour night shift.

Requirements include an active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS certification and 18 months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience; travel duties and housing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for Med-Surg adult patients before and after procedures.
• Complete physician orders and prescribed treatments.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assess changes in health status and perform prescribed treatments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care among staff.
