Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night-shift travel assignment in Kansas City, Missouri. This 13-week position requires MO or compact RN licensure and at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience, with 36 hours per week.

The 12-hour nights run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Benefits include Day 1 medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, weekly payroll, travel and licensure reimbursements, plus per diem and other traveler perks.

Qualifications

• Active MO or compact RN license.
• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience.
• Current BLS certification with no expiring within 30 days.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit (3 Central).
• Adult medical-surgical patient population.
• Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• 13-week seasonal travel assignment.
• Compliance requires submission of US Social Security Number and date of birth.
• Must provide complete application, skills checklist, references, and copies of required certifications.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
