TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a Med-Surg RN, you will conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and support discharge planning in a fast-paced acute care setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience and BLS; 13-week assignment with 36 hours/week (nights) is available, with tax-free stipends and travel benefits provided by TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for Med Surg patients including pre- and post-op care.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
